A mechanical inspection includes only the major components of the home (HVAC, water heater, electrical, plumbing, foundation, roof) and is typically chosen by investors.​

An examination of the structure to determine the existence or extent of wood destroying insect infestation. A dry rot inspection is included with every termite inspection. We do not provide abatement services for any wood destroying organisms.

Not only do you eliminate the surprises that may pop up after receiving a post-offer inspection, but they actually make the house more appealing to potential buyers. We will complete the inspection, let you know what repairs should be done and then give your Realtor® a yard sign to put next to their sale sign that alerts buyers to the fact that your home is "Move-In Certified"!
